At Quick Doors Services, we strive to deliver high-quality residential and commercial garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we handle refund requests fairly and in accordance with this policy.

1. Service Fees

  • Completed Services: Once a repair, installation, or maintenance service has been completed at your property, service fees are non-refundable, as the work and technician time have already been provided.

  • Parts & Materials: If a part we installed is defective, we will replace it under the manufacturer’s warranty at no additional labor cost, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Before Technician Arrival: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a service call fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.

3. Deposits

  • In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure parts or confirm a large project.

  • Refundable: If you cancel before we order special-order parts or before work begins.

  • Non-Refundable: Once custom or special-order parts have been purchased for your job.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
