1. Order Processing Time

• All orders for parts, accessories, or related products are processed on the same business day if payment is received before 2:00 PM EST.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• In rare cases of high order volume or supply issues, you will be notified by email if your order is delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

• Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for larger items.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Quick Doors Services is not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

• Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• We will assist you in providing proof of purchase and shipment details for claims.

6. Local Delivery & Service Parts

• For customers within our service area, we may deliver parts directly during scheduled repair appointments at no additional cost.

• Large or custom parts that require special handling may have separate delivery terms, discussed at the time of order.

7. Returns Related to Shipping
